Individual supervision provides the time and space to explore your authentic self as a counselor while honing your ability to conceptualize cases and engage therapeutically with clients. This process promotes your professional growth, helping you discover approaches that best suit you and your clients. The cost is waived for those who choose Everglade as their vocational home, whether in full-time (W2) or part-time (1099) roles.

Group Supervision

$85 per hour

Group supervision offers an engaging and dynamic way to learn, drawing on the collective wisdom, experience, and diverse perspectives of your peers. It’s a supportive environment where you can collaborate, reflect, and refine your skills as a counselor while gaining valuable insights from others. The cost is waived for those making Everglade their vocational home, whether full-time (W2) or part-time (1099).

Student Supervision Program

$0 per hour

Our Student Supervision Program offers graduate students pursuing their practicum or internship the chance to gain real-world counseling experience at our single-site private practice. Students are encouraged to engage in both individual and group supervision sessions to develop their skills. While this service is provided at no cost, students are not compensated for their hours, though limited funds are available during the internship semester to assist with gasoline costs.

Business Development Supervision

$155 per hour

Our Business Development Supervision is tailored to help therapists and counselors enhance the operational aspects of their private practices. Whether you’re looking to streamline marketing efforts, attract more clients, manage finances effectively, or scale your practice, this supervision provides the strategic insight and mentorship necessary for long-term success. This service is ideal for those aiming to build and sustain a thriving practice.
